Delivery Timelines

The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days but there may be delays due to invalid addresses.
Pre-paid orders
Free standard shipping on all orders above AED 200. A charge of AED 20 will be incurred on purchases that do not exceed the AED 200 free shipping threshold. All orders in UAE are delivered within 3 to 5 business days, excluding Fridays and major holidays.
Holiday shipping information

Please note that when placing your online orders for delivery during the Holiday season (e.g. Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, and National Day), shipments may experience additional processing days. (Delivery span will be processing period 5 to 7 days + Public holiday period)
